Location The Royal Belfast Golf Club is located approximately seven miles from Belfast off the A2 Road to Bangor. Directions From Belfast, travel along the A2 through Holywood. Approximately half a mile past the Ulster Folk Museum turn left at the traffic lights into Station Road. After passing under the railway bridge, turn right onto the driveway which passes through the course (so take care!).
Local Accommodation A number of excellent hotels are available locally.
These include the Culloden Hotel (see map: @ Cultra) which is Northern
Ireland's premier 5 Star hotel, and the Olde Inn Crawfordsburn (see map:
@ Crawfordsburn) which is Ireland's oldest hotel (reputed to have accommodated
Peter the Great of Russia and the highwayman Dick Turpin). |
